Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly building something I really care about — lightweight, privacy-focused Chrome extensions that genuinely make daily online work easier.

Today, I’m excited to share three Chrome extensions I built and officially published. Each one was created to solve a real problem I personally faced — distractions, lost AI prompts, and annoying image format issues.

My goal while building these tools was simple:

  • 🔒 Respect user data privacy

  • Keep everything lightweight

  • 💡 Provide real value for free (features that many tools charge for)

Let’s talk about the products.

1. CalmTube — A Distraction-Free YouTube Experience

Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/lmkhajjihpkcligkoomncmjndfhaboig?utm_source=item-share-cb

YouTube is great for learning… but also a black hole for distractions. I built CalmTube to help users stay focused and in control of what they see.

CalmTube works on two main areas of YouTube:

  • Home Page
  • Video Playback Page

You can easily turn the extension ON/OFF and choose between different modes depending on what you want.

🎯 Focus Mode

Best when you want zero distractions.

Home Page

  • Hides YouTube Shorts
  • Reduces distracting recommendations

Playback Page

  • Shows only the video player and essential details
  • Removes comments and suggested videos

📘 Learn Mode (Beta)

Perfect when you’re using YouTube to study or research.

Home Page

  • Shows only the search bar
  • Hides Shorts and distracting recommendations
  • Attempts to prioritize educational content (still in beta)

Playback Page

  • Same clean layout as Focus Mode
  • No comments or suggested videos

😌 Chill Mode

For relaxed watching without harsh visuals.

  • Keeps the full YouTube layout
  • Adds a soft, pleasant tint to reduce eye strain

🎧 Chill Grayscale Mode

Great for music or long listening sessions.

  • Converts the page into a grayscale theme
  • Makes the experience visually calmer

🎥 Background Mode

Maximum distraction removal.

  • Hides background clutter
  • Focuses mainly on the video player
  • Best used on the playback screen

💾 SaveCalm Feature

Ever wanted to save a YouTube video with your own notes?

  • Save videos directly from YouTube
  • Add custom tags or descriptions to remember why you saved them

⚙️ Smart Content Blocking

You can block:

  • Specific channels
  • Keywords or types of content

This helps train YouTube into a more focused learning environment.

❤️ Support CalmTube

If CalmTube helps you stay focused and reduce time wasted on distractions, you can support the project. Your support helps me maintain, improve, and potentially open-source it in the future so others can contribute too.

2. TriStudio Image Format Converter — Download Images in Any Format Instantly

Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/aapbmiofglnaganfpnacbiekndihgnfl?utm_source=item-share-cb

If you’ve ever downloaded an image from the web, you’ve probably run into this problem:

You needed a JPG or PNG… but the website gave you WEBP.

Converting one or two images is fine. But when you’re working with many images, it becomes a huge time waste.

So I built TriStudio Image Format Converter.

🖱️ How It Works

  • Right-click on any image in your browser
  • Choose your desired format from the context menu
  • Download the image directly in that format

🚀 Why It’s Useful

  • Saves time when working with bulk images
  • No need for separate conversion tools
  • Simple and lightweight

❤️ Support the Project

If this tool saves you time in your daily workflow, you can support the project. That support helps keep development active and may allow me to open-source it in the future as the user base grows.

3. PromptHub — Save, Organize, and Reuse Your Best AI Prompts

I work across multiple domains — coding, Kubernetes, finance, writing, and research. Like many people in 2026, I use AI tools daily. But there’s one problem:

Great AI results come from great prompts — and those are hard to recreate once lost.

I once lost an entire file of carefully crafted prompts when my laptop shut down unexpectedly. Rebuilding them never gave the same quality of answers.

That’s when I decided to build PromptHub.

🧠 What PromptHub Does

PromptHub helps you:

  • Save your best AI prompts

  • Add titles, tags, and extra notes

  • Quickly reuse them anytime

✨ Smart Integration

When you start typing in an AI chat box, PromptHub shows a blue button that lets you:

  • Insert saved prompts instantly

  • Save new prompts directly while working

No more scattered files. No more lost ideas.

🔮 Upcoming Features

I’m actively planning:

  • Import & export prompts

  • Edit existing prompts

  • More organization tools

Faster updates depend on user interest and adoption — so installs and feedback really help guide development.

☕ Support My Work

I’ve added a Buy Me a Coffee (BMC) support option for those who want to support these projects. Contributions help me:

  • Maintain and improve existing extensions

  • Release new features faster

  • Build more useful tools for the community

Support is completely optional — but always appreciated ❤️
